Funds are held in a yahoo holdings account (think escrow), and then paid out at the end of the year.

I don't know man. I'm not an IT guy and I don't have enough hours in a day to figure out the issue. Holmsvc successfully signed in and paid. I can't imagine its a league wide issue.
