I mean im no rich cat with 300 dollar reals but i had a phlueger xt the newer one 5 years back an it made a hell of a diff fighting fish they can almost spool me but crank the drag down some when they get tired an learn how to figh those fish play them u can usually get them in the net.

I learned that from fightimg pike on 8 lb fire line that shit is so tough but u touch a rock with that pressure on the line it is why i use braid. It depends where u fish so my past years have been from shore so if its a good walleye,catfish its awsome but the big(40) inch plus it can be no kiding halh hour an those big pigs make 25. 30 runs an hate a net but. Thats where a preimium setup takes u above and beyond most people it is hard to tire out a 40 inch pike as it is to tire a 12 lb cat they fight hard. But u play them out no need to horse a big fish. They get tired just like people.
