How often do you guys change your line on the reels? My line has been on my rods for about 3 years now just curious what your thoughts are about changing it.

i usually change mine about 2 times a year but that is because i usually have to re spool it from snags. i keep a few rolls of line on the boat for that reason.

I re-spool once per year. Every spring.

Mono every year or when it gets low. Braid I can usually go a couple years before I need to change it.

Mono once or twice a year, braid when it frays out.
