I made the mistake of grabbing the bill with a small pike on it. Story ends with pike on the floor, bill connected to rod, and lure in my finger. But I think that is the only one that I have broke. Does Rapala still replace broken lures?

Never had a problem with them breaking but have had a few that were hard to tune. I think they’re a good lure for the price, bought some on sale for $2.99 a few years back and still using em

Rapala has its issues to. Paying more money for something doesn't indicate it's worthyness. Shadow crap is a piece of sht well documented too.

But it felt good to feel like a bigshot when a daredevil would hit cupped side down and sound like a 22 magnum. It seems like I caught more fish when I was a kid , Maybe it attracts them .
