I'm rigging one up with a full size battery box, extra lights, a usb plug, 12v port, and then a ram mount for my onix 8 graph so i have maps and sonar, i got an extra power cord for my graph so i can wire it to a ciggarette lighter plug and run the graph on my wheeler, truck, or mount it in my ice house

I put those 2'x2' interlocking floor mats in the sled, when mrs johnr comes with I have them down to try to minimize the cold feet she gets no matter what boot sock combo she wears.

I also load all food into my cooler to keep from freezing. I also like to have a blue tooth speaker with. Deck of cards if the fishing stinks. A quality light that can hang from the frame pole, and a good head lamp I just added this year, makes outside clean up nice.

All of my flip-ovets get a ruler sticker on the perpendicular pole on both sides of the sled.

our flip over shacks should be kept simple, led lites? never seems to put out enough light IMPO,a good latern add's heat and better light,a good portable heater is a must,in order to keep it mobil shit can the 20lb cylinder.velcro a strape for needle nose piliers, for camping out during prime time with two holes drilled a wire rod holder that sits in the ice works best for dead sticking, and don't forget a lazer "led light" for charging your glow jigs, hech if ya want to make a flip over livable upgrade to a hub house and call it good.

I like the flipover style as I can pull it off my trailer and be in a shelter in under a minute. I can also pack it up quick too. I think I'll make the deck for my sled this summer and add some brackets to my trailer to hole my auger. I can dial my set up in better. One thing I really like about the deck is my dog will have a better place to jump up and be off the ice! And I can tip over and relax a bit if I want. Sometimes on the ice I slip around even with cleats.
