Yes, you right . PO720.

The P0720 code is an OBD code that indicates an issue with the output speed sensor circuit.

I watched parts of this video , mine is 4R75W and this one is 4R75E , I think the 75E is the same transmission but for a different application. Pretty good chance that the reverse band broke.
