Like others have said, there's already free lunch for low income students. Post#37 says it all . Our whole country will be a shit hole in no time if we take away all responsibility . Just take a look around at cities that are already there.

Heard a guy on the radio today say that 87% of the funding for yes vote on No 2 comes from out of state? Wonder why?
