I am trying to find good areas around the tailrace to fish from shore. Is it necessary to need waders? Every year all fall I see the same guy fishing the end of the east rocks and hes wading in. I assume hes catching for the amount of time he spends there in the same exact spot. Would I be better off investing in some warm waders or just continue fishing off the rocks? I'm just trying to put myself in the best position for catching fish.
