Found it finally and it works slick.
Senbowe is the brand.

Pumps 5 1/2 gallons a minute, fits in all portable cans, and will run a Milwaukee or Dewalt battery.

Can you pull the suction end out of the can and the fill the can using the suction end from a much bigger tank? Thanks

I dont have that yet, just ordered it today, but Id think you could, Im not sure how long the hose on the suction end is tho I guess
