GPS Chips

Any upgraded chips of any type for handheld Garmin GPS that anyone is aware of ? Still using Korey's Dakota Tracks Map that I have numerous waypoints on for fishing and hunting. Its got depths for most lakes that i normally fish, Would prefer something to use on a handheld unit rather than phone.
If not, is the Navionics mobile worth it ?

I prefer the Garmin app to Navionics. Navionics is ok but not as detailed. Garmin app is part of my boat graph so not sure on outside purchase.

I still have an old Lowrance H20 I use here and there with Navionics chips on occasion lol.
