Grilling mats

I ordered some for the 4th and used them a lot. They sure work good, I wish I had known about these earlier.

They're awesome - but stay paranoid and avoid high temps when using them. They decompose into some nasty chemicals when overheated.

If you ever "burn" or otherwise ruin one with heat - toss it and the food riding it into the trash.

At the risk of going sideways I had a lightweight flat teflon tray for cooking fish on the grill. Lost it I can't seem to find another one. Anyone???

Amazon has them, I pondered on getting a ridged one but went with the sheets instead.

The heavy duty aluminum foil works great and doesn't create something to wash.
