I thought I would share a good customer service experience with the group. About a week ago I decided to move a Geissele super 700 trigger into a Seekins Havak that I acquired. I had it in a different Remington 700 that I rarely shoot. I did that with no issues, and was just going to move the trigger from Havak into the Remington. Little did I know that the Triggertech in the Havak did not have the bolt release for the Remington as it’s not used on the Havak. I emailed Triggertech to see if I could add a bolt release to it and how to acquire one. I did not realize there is a model that has the release and one made differently that did not. Customer service said I was unable to obviously since the housings are slightly different. They had me send them the trigger on their dollar, and sent me a brand new same model with bolt release at absolutely no charge. I received it today BNIB. First class service by Triggertech and I’d recommend them now to anyone looking . Let’s hear some good customer service experiences you guys have had in the past.
