You don't.I thought we didn't need a CC in ND anymore?
ND no longer requires a permit for CC.There is carry and then there is still concealed carry.
Looks like according to this if you went out to dine and there is alcohol in the establishment, better leave it in the vehicle. Same with going to a football or basketball game. Probably wouldn't have all the school shootings if it was allowed and all the wackos knew someone on the property may be carrying.
With the constitutional carry, you cannot have the handgun concealed in your vehicle. So it can't be on your person or in center console or glove box, under the seat. Laying on the back seat with no shell in chamber should be ok.Looks like according to this if you went out to dine and there is alcohol in the establishment, better leave it in the vehicle. Good to go at Walmart, Target, etc, where all the ruthless ones are at.
I keep mine in the side of the door. I've been pulled over a few times and told the officer it's there. No issues so far. With the constitutional carry, you cannot have the handgun concealed in your vehicle. So it can't be on your person or in center console or glove box, under the seat. From what I see here, I don't think you are correct. Unless I'm missing something else. May carry loaded firearm but must notify an officer if stopped. With the constitutional carry, you cannot have the handgun concealed in your vehicle.
