Well it may not be fast but from this point on our average temps are now going back up so it's all down hill from here. On a side note the big storm rolling out next week that has been forcast to hit Kansas and nabraska suddenly today is showing signs it may be more a SD and sutherland ND type of setup. To far out to put much stock in but an interesting shift to keep an eye on if it continues.

The major streets in Bismarck are finally clean. Time for another storm.

It was a beautiful day here yesterday 45 and sunshine.

Now it's 23 and dropping and they are forecasting 18-30 inches of snow between now and Tue.

Heck we still have some streets up here in NW Bismarck that are single lane yet.
Heard Kevin say the other night we won't be getting the Arctic cold again until more than likely February.

...sounds like mid-next week
Yeah the latest model run has shifted it a bit south again on the north side but not on the south side interestingly enough so it's almost completely within South Dakota now. Yesterday it had up to near a foot as far north as huff so will have to wait and see.

i have my drive way so i now can see more concrete than ice it makes sense another foot of snow should fall on it. I used to love winter when i did not have to move snow at 2 am and rode my sled all the time.

Nope not Alaska, I'm 40 miles south of the Grand Canyon.

It's nippy (-2*) but I got blue sky and the sun is shining for the first time since Thurs.

I know it's not much to you guys but I wound up with about 32" on the ground. My neighbor is going to swing by and run his plow down the drive so I can get out sometime this morning.

When I think of AZ I think of old people in white shoes.

Seems like they likely eat supper around 4 pm down in that general area too.

My kind of place! You will generally not catch me sitting down in a restaurant after 4:30.

ROTFLMFAO

Thats down in the desert, there are a bazillion snow birds down there right now. Old people visiting and driving in the wrong lane with their turn signals on. ;:;rofl

They can't breath up here at 7000 feet.
