eye,yup as stated for shotguns,.not long ago we had a local company that built a special barrel for waterfowl hunters hunting near housing projects,they lasted a long time in the barrel building business as these barrels intended use was for our early canada goose season,the concecpt was a great idea and the sound reduction was supurb,the barrels were adaptable to most shotguns on the retail market,the barrel was about 50"s long and ported up and down the barrel length.Here is a pic from an old buddy who would put on shooting exibitions and did the benelli commercials "Tom Knapp",great guy and loved his hasting barrel goose gun.
