Incrementally Trump is taking away one democrat bastion at a time. After saying he was going to cut funding to the LWCF by 97%, Trump whiplashed everyone by having Department of the Interior Secretary David Bernhardt announce full funding. Bernhardt said lawmakers need to grab an oar and start rowing. Prioritizing goals of taking care of public lands, making them more accessible for recreation while expanding

exploitation of minerals in those areas.

This is pure genius. The onus is on the Democrats now. They have been championing how they are the keepers of the public lands while fighting against resource development on the peoples land.

Trump (a business man) is going to hand them their ass again.

Like Gorsuch and Kavanaugh, Trump needs to appoint real sportsmen to the Land Water Conservation Fund.
