I'd be curious to know who's fault that was. You would think a wave runner would steer clear of boats. Cruising across New Johns in the summer you better have your head on a swivel if your going across that lake doing more
tham twenty cause it seems like people get on a wave runner and lose any sense they may have had. Numerous times while in a boat going across that lake I have had to slow to an idle cause some doofus on a wave runner was flying around doing mach speeds turning this way and that and not at looking where there going of who may be coming.

"Larsen also said a lawsuit seemed unnecessary because the people in the Weldcraft weren’t hurt badly." :;:huh I wonder how bad they need to be hurt before he thinks a lawsuit is justified.

Statements like the above coupled with the fact that they guy was no longer physically capable of running the boat and he knew and admitted to it is why I couldn't ever be in law enforcement nor a judge. I couldn't practice "justice is blind" in the presence of that kind of selfishness.

Kinda the story I heard, but with that tourney you have 2 women and a driver. So there was quite possibly another person in the boat at the time. Sounds more like a spot lock situation to me!

Ill remember that advice. Hahahaha!
