How smart are fish ?

Fish have no smarts, but enough instincts to sink a battleship. Same with them accursed honkers. One little flaw in you spread or your bait presentation and it's a huge "No Go".

The scouts are the smart ones!

A Mepps and a red & white spoon were the only two lures I carried fishing the bass ponds! Never went home empty handed.
