Irvine conditions?

Fishing is fair on Irvine. I was disappointed with all the trash left in the field where everyone is parking on the north end of Alice. My buddy and I picked up 2 pails full of cans, bottles, chip bags, and other trash. I know we didn't get it all as it was dark. I am sure the farmer will be really impressed next spring when the snow melts.

It doesn't take much to haul the trash home with us gang. Let's leave the lake and parking areas cleaner than when we came.

The article in the Devils lake newspaper said that Alice opens on January 1. That is tomorrow last time i checked.

Not sure when the opener was/is? Portables been on Alice for the last 2 weekends. If it is indeed correct about January 1st, there would be a lot of folks in the wrong.
