Going in mid March, I currently do not have an extension for the SM. Will it be necessary a month from now. for you guys that have been up this year?
Not a big expense, but I never need them on Lake Sakakawea, and hate buying for one use.

My homemade ext for old jiffy works on my 40v sm. Should be plenty of those around to borrow if you don't have one yourself.

I have a Jiffy extension for my old auger, your saying that will fit?
I will have to look at it, saving money is a skill I have acquired, it really does impress mrs johnr when I book the hotel accommodations.. We have stayed in some real stellar digs.

I have a SM extension sitting in the garage if you want to swing by on your way through.

Mine does. But again it was not bought off a shelf. Iffin I remember correctly there is a slight difference in holes. Jiffy works with strikemaster, but strikemaster won't work with jiffy? Let us know what you find out.

An extension will be needed. We just got back and we needed ours with the snow coverage!
