Reuben Dip in a crock pot is great

just don't make any plans too far from the house the next day or so

also - beer cheese soup is amazing - Kraft's Cheese Whiz recipe is awesome and even better if you grate a cup or two of both celery and carrots to put in it

my mom makes it and I eat myself sick on it

It's been awhile since I made them but some BBQ meatballs. 2lbs meatballs (ring sausage is good too), about 1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce, 1 can of cranberry sauce and 1/2-1 can of sauerkraut. Classic beef or pork roast, chili, Swedish meatballs, wild rice soup, scalloped potatoes and ham.
Think I'm making 1-2 racks of ribs at the request (demanding) of my 6yr old daughter the stick figured rib eating monster
