Same can be said about most anything these days, including fish... Its cheaper to buy almost everything than make it yourself in our economy, unless you are a minimum wage employee.

Sort of like when I was goose hunting in WI and learned stolen sweet corn taste better then bought. Have to love a frito-lay factory and the tens of thousands of acres of sweet corn around it! :;:cheers

Anytime you do something yourself it has a higher level of satisfaction to it whether that's cooking something for yourself for the first time or painting crankbaits and catching your first fish on one or you making the charcoal that you cook something on in the end makes the results that much better......well unless it suckers then it's time for plan B.
