lots of ducks and geese in the storm yesterday just milling around between feed and roost. my problem was i couldn't hit anything in the wind. literally had specs just hanging straight above me pass shooting and couldn't touch them.
Have to adjust your lead because the wind will blow the shot stream quite a bit.

Any new reports up there guys? We got about 6 inches of snow and things froze pretty good here in Webster. Got my deer this morning. Think I’ll snoop for a feed but fear gone already with storm. Things still coming?

Not much left over here hope some ducks find the river. Went out but today reminded me why I dm t like opening day of east river

I was south of Oakes today in the Ludden area and the river was loaded up with both Ducks and Geese. I would think the Sand Lake area should have huntable numbers also. If I wanted to kill some Ducks I would head to the Ludden area.
