The temps are very high right now, so the geese are feeding once a day, late. And I do mean late. Our best was right before sundown.

Yep that’s what they did last night here to. We should have better wind tonight so hopefully they decoy a little better

Looks like the bird flu is hitting the snows hard down south. Seen pics of 1000s dead.

Suppose to be nice this weekend in central ND getting old hate bitter cold, will give waterfowl hunting my final go, then done till spring. Go after few more roosters hopefully.

Seems like that happens every year when we get the cold snap
Seems to happen more frequently on years with big hatches as well. A lot of the birds you see sick are young birds. I took a spin by rice lake just before ice off last year and there were probably 1000-2000 frozen into the ice. A lot of grey feathers on the snows
