Fox Island definitely not open. I was there after lunch and it has a ways to go. Plenty of ice chunks floating. At Oahe Bend the river is iced over. By Sunday it could be much different.

I was just at Oahe Bend and the river is open on the west side. I'm not going to be fishing anytime soon due to a total knee rpl. But hoping April will be the ticket.

South 12th street ends at the river, turns east and is called Oahe Bend.

Bridges mainly but I would not go on the ice it is shot. Last Friday tracked side by side went in and three guys were in the water was almost real tragic. They had been using same trail for over a month . Pickup went in at Pollock the other day to. Edges are really bad water is coming up pretty fast. It’s 37 right now with 40 mph wind I bet it is opened up a lot more just over night will get some picks at lunch today and put them up
