Seen this article and was looking to some of you guys with experience on the river how it will affect fall fishing around Bismarck.

As far as fishing, hard to say. Some years the fall bite is great some years not so much. I have seen some large schools of baitfish/shad around Bismarck so that holds some promise. Usually the best fishing will be from mid to late October until freeze up.
