Name this tool

Well this thing has been in my shop for a spell now and nobody had been able to ID it or its purpose
So I figured I would ask the experts..........

It is for setting the teeth on a saw.

Its a saw set for setting the angle of saw blades

Pretty sure you will never need it, best bet is to try to sell it on the ebay like the other character.
