I am sure some have noticed the new "sponsor" banners on the home page. These fine folks were nice enough to donate some prizes for the 2016 Early Ice Fishing Contest. Be sure to take some time, and check them out. It is fantastic when companies are willing to give their product away in support of our great community.


http://mysterytacklebox.com is giving away 3 mystery tackle boxes, tailored for our region. I was initially worried that their product may be a lot of bass gear, but I was assured that the product is in accordance with what we fish for. In addition, you can subscribe for panfish, walleye, etc. Pretty neat product, and a very cool way to get yourself to try new stuff.


http://hoorag.com has been nice enough to donate 6 Hoo-Rags. I for one have been looking to try these out. As I mature, I worry more and more about skin cancer from being on the water. These are comfortable, light, and they do the job. Plus, you can customize! Perhaps some NDA Hoo-Rags in the future.
