Need help identifying a rod!!

Picked this Fenwick 9' eagle rod up at garage sale!! Trying to find it online and having a hard time wanna know if I got a good deal.

Doing a bit more research and that model # came up on a few "vintage" rod sites.... I emailed Fenwick see if they could give me more info in the rod it's self. Maybe it was one of those models that's there was a manufacturer recall and quit making them! Fingers crossed maybe this rod has a rarity value to it!
