As Ive stated before, personally Id like to see it disabled. Just causes hard feelings and can be used by groups to gang up on an individual they dont like. Might be good on a less moderated site, but this one is relatively well moderated so I think it causes more harm than good.

I see people are using 'negs' to get under others skin in my epic TOBY thread.

Thats just my opinion, what say you?

Lincoln, kinda...
Keep it.

The thread on Anonymous Negative Rep is going to be epic if we ever have a miraculous unveiling. Kinda like what happened about a year (???) ago.

The flying fur will make a Brazilian waxing contest seem tame!

Keep it V can moderate how people are using it if it gets out of control. But without it this site will turn into fishing buddy moderator bashing in a hurry. I think the rep is one of the best things on this site

I think V needs another oops again wouldn't it be funny if the same convenient member was aware of the same mistake again. Wow that would be epic bear poking fun since i didn't get to see my fun negs reps

I think it's good, but often one misjudges people. I think it would be good to be able to go in and delete a negative post that you may have given someone. I make mistakes and would like a way to correct them.

Certain people (perhaps sensitive folks living in urban areas) over think what "crazy" is, often it is confused with humor.

I really don;t have an issue outside of shaking my head over the whole unsigned bad rep. deal

It is like okay heres an asshole, I'm gonna make him be less of an asshole by making some snarky mean personal comment and not signing it that no one else can see or know I did.

Does anybody here actually think that works to make the asshole less of an asshole? :;:imwithstupid

So if that isn;t going ot make the asshole less of an asshole.........what does it actually do? Make someone that doesn;t have enough spine to sign their name feel better about themselves because they just did what they are leaving bad rep for the asshole for doing...being an anonymous asshole?

Like I said, I scratch my head over that whole mentality.

Clearly, it hasn't worked on gst. :D

It's no secret that I've been there and done that and apologize to anyone I snapped at. My wife reminds me every once in a while what I was like to live with when I was dealing with pain and then eventually pain meds and pain both. I was pissed off at the world and got "lit up" pretty easily. I normally have a long, slow burning fuse and things are getting back to normal.

I am still firm about one thing though, I don't like a monkey on my back.
