Open "out of state fishing" the same date as their season starts. That's why there is such an influx of people early spring is because Mn, Wis, etc season is closed.

This! Same with hunting, that's why so many NR's come here for the bow opener it's usually at least 2 weeks earlier here than other states.

I have no idea but he said it discriminates against old people. It’s an odd stance but says he has filed his grievance. It’s Facebook though and that makes this place look sane.
