I was guessing 35 lbs, so I was a bit off.

The bite was really tough leading up to the tournament, we only caught one fish pre-fishing Friday but ended up 5th in the tourney. It is turning on up there, guessing this week the walleyes are going to be chewing. Doesn't look like the wind is going to cooperate though.

All of the males that we caught were milking, and the couple of bigger fish were females full of eggs yet.

Very well could be; but ND AIM participation has never been good. Especially when compared to MN and WI.

Whats your point not learning how to use new tech is a loosing strategy.

Obvioulsy....my point is many fisherman just enjoy fishing but can't afford the FFS....therefore choosing not to compete in the tournament. and throwing away the entry fee!!!

Many people enjoy fishing without a fully loaded 622 Ranger for $150k. What's your point?

I hate tournaments and wish they didn’t exist but sonar is not the only barrier to entry or reason to dislike them.

less than 83% payback plus you have to pay aim fees on top it. Best part about AIM is catch record release and the free national shootout for qualifiers.

I did not say that I dislike tournaments. I do not fish in tournaments either. I merely responded to Sum1's comment about why more people didn't fish in this tournament....I did use the term "maybe" in my response.
