Playing a bunch of losers in the regular season gets you kicked in the teeth in the playoffs. The Rams, 49ers and Seahawks are better for playing each other. The Bills and Patriots are better for playing each other. Saying you want an easier schedule is the same bullshit as more losses equals higher draft picks. This life long Vikings fan is pretty happy with the 9-8 record and going 4-2 in the division, all things considered for this season.

One could say this was the NFC north last year.....Vikes still got their teeth kicked in during the first round!

Throw out the Packers, Lions, Rams and Texans and the Vikings other eleven opponents lost 110 games. Their overall opponent winning percentage, including the teams with winning records, was .474. If iron sharpens iron, last years NFC North was plastic chipping plastic. It was fun to watch though.

All I get out of that is JJ was 6-4 in the ten games he played against a more difficult schedule this year. His offseason training should include a little toughening up stuff...
