The head coach of the Falcons is still proud of Cousins at least. Will be interesting to see what the Vikes decide to do when he comes back to US Bank Stadium. Granted I haven't really watched much of either team this year so I am sure there is more to the Falcons woe's than just one person. Just seems odd to be proud of a 6-6 record and not having a single touchdown since Nov 3rd, doesn't say much about their division if they are leading it with a .500 record
"I don’t think that’s (Cousins getting benched) going to be the issue around here," Morris
said via the New York Post. "That guy’s carried us. That guy’s got us to the point where we’re 6-6, first place in the division. Still got everything in front of us, despite what happened (Sunday). It’s up to us to bounce back and find a way to win football games, and there’s no better man than 18 to do that for us."
