I'm happy that FOX got rid of Joe Buck and Troy Aikman calling games. Bad news is that they are now doing most Monday Night Football games. Joe buck signed $100 million contact with ESPN and Aikman is sitting in his corner waiting for his contract. It's fun watching the Manning brothers on ESPN2.

I was really impressed with a run game especially in the conditions that the vikes played in. And our secondary on defense is much better then previous years, if everyone stays healthy i could see the vikes with top 5 all around defense this year, i know its only 2 games but against divisional teams thats much harder tben playing outside your division. Jones looks determined to stick around being that most running backs over 30 are usually past their prime.

His opinion does make since especially when you take into consideration that drew brees was listed at only 6 foot, Brees was an outstanding qb holding the record for throwing 4000 yards 12 consecutive season, and 5000 yards for 5 of those years. So being 6' plus isn't everything when it comes to being an elite qb in the nfl, i believe qb smarts is just as beneficial.maybe more.
