I'd damn near bet the farm that without peer pressure and intimidation and this would have been a hung jury. AI doesn't play with emotions.

To each their own , AI doesn't get tired and it's totally emotionless . Courtroom burnout alone is enough to sway a juror into submission, ask me how I know. A hung jury would have caused a mistrial and made the state fine more evidence for a retrial. Still need a Judge , prosecutors and defence team and witnesses, the only thing replaced are the jurors. If I live another 20 years I'll most likely witness it.

Defense is like…cha CHING!!
No kidding , they made a good name for themselves. Not many lawyers can say they represented a client who confessed to the crime multiple times and still got a not guilty verdict. At first, I thought the woman on the defense team must be her sister , they looked a lot alike.

Wow kind of shocked, hopefully they didn't let a murderer off......
I’m not a big “Jesus guy”, but I do believe that you NEVER get away with anything on this earth. You will pay one way or another, in one form or another, at some point in time. If not alive, when you die.

THATS about as religious as I get.

I’m not saying she got away with anything. That’s just a general belief of mine.

I would probably move out of state if I was her. A lot of people were screaming guilty so I am sure she will be harassed everywhere she goes; if not with words, with looks. It's better to get the heck out of dodge than deal with any issues that may come from this.

Even before the trial , about a month ago one of the news feeds had mentioned the trial coming up and there were many comments of disdain about her recently partying it up in Minot bars.

The way her luck is going, she could probably turn around and sue the State for 17 years of harassment and win.

"AI bias is when AI models perpetuate and reinforce human bias, sometimes with harmful real-world consequences. Researchers have demonstrated that AI models can be based on data containing bias and follow rules tainted by human bias, which can seep into the team’s AI programming."

By "Confessed" is that a drunken sarcastic "Ya I did it" snarky response? A good lawyer would drag out the EXACT WORDS & CONTEXT of said confession. BTW if the people testifying that she confessed to them actually believed her, why not report it right away?

I'm not saying she's innocent, I'm saying there was no proof and the jury counln't convict on the weak evidence presented.
