I believe the reason for the delay is that they have to manually go through all the gratis applications and verify land, etc as that changes year to year with ownership and rental agreements.....just another reason for all the "gratis haters" to not like the system. No gratis tags and you'd find out next day with lottery results.
It’s only been 3 weeks many other states are much longer . Wyoming Montana Colorado all longer . Results will be out soon

Good luck to those who got a license, I got my any deer tag this year after missing the deadline last year. I don't get excited about the hunt any more but we love venison and usually harvest a young buck early in the season when they are still sweet before they get deep into rut, if weather permits.
My wife quit hunting so we have only been getting one tag but with the price of meat these days that's about to change. I see that she can gift her license to me, we can easily eat two deer.

Wonder when the drawing stats will come out? If they have the leftovers out it should be right behind imo.

Nada for me. Guess it'll be archery again and probably MN hunting.

I can't believe I'm at a point in my life where I'm actually looking forward to hunting in MN instead of ND. I literally moved here in my teens because of the amazing hunting opportunities.

Sad, sad times.

I am aware of the remaining tags...i would like to see the drawing stats. How many applied in each unit, gratis tags issued, etc.

No tags for us this year.

A big thank you to NDGF management for the bountiful and thoughtful management approach of our resources over the past decade or so which has resulted in my kids not being able to get a tag.

I know I’m not alone with my appreciation.

Get the kids into bowhunting or take them out of state It’s not going to get any easier getting gun tags in the future .

Denied again totally expected. The way it's going our deer tag is going to be once in a lifetime too. Glad I was able to experience the boom and at the age to enjoy it. Feel really bad for younger peeps who will probably never see one.
