I disagree. In court, you can't answer a question, with 27 more questions and you can't accuse the judge or cross-examiner of dissimilar political views if he or she don't agree with you, and still expect to be heard. Given that those are only always his 2 moves, I'd give it less than 10min before he'd be excused as hostile or placed in contempt.

Yeah there seem to be more and more whiney liberal judges too.

Holy take an evening to go to our fireman's trap shoot and everyone starts their period.
