PayPal will take your money then refund it to orphans overseas…however they are not really orphans they are extremists that pretend to be orphans and hack into legit websites and start up scams on ebay so now the orphans are involved in the ebay scam but they are not really orphans…so if you want to help fund orphan scams help PayPal help you to refund and hopefully the real orphans will get the money
