I would likely eat it, doesn't look to goofy. Like was said, it was probably peppered earlier in the season and it left a few marks.
I just ate some lake Winnipeg walleye that I caught almost 2 years ago, I forgot to rinse them after thawing them, they still had the patch of skin on for getting over the boarder. They tasted terrible, very fishy, like sniffing an old minnow bucket. I couldn't finish my plate, however my oldest daughter was home for the day and she loved it, even took all the left overs home.

If you cook it thoroughly it wont hurt ya. An old farm buddy of mine found a can in his pickup box that had rolled around enough that it was just a silver can, he opened it up and guzzled it down. He said, not sure but I think that was a Busch light...haha
