Christie Noem is doing crowdsourcing or listening sessions. ND game and Fish Director Terry Steinwand does the same thing through advisory meetings where sportsmen can go and exchange ideas. I forgot to mention when John Hoeven appointed Terry Steinwand there were three other applications. Randy Kreil, Mike McEnroe and a fellow from the Nature Conservancy.
