Pretty busy today

Tons of boats around Van Hook. Looked like most were sitting in one spot, some were trolling around.
This pic was from the NE corner, I think they refer to it as Shell Creek?

Went out of Parshall this morning. One pike and only saw one other net get wet. Others I spoke to at ramp reported no luck.

Well didn't you know that if there are a couple boats on a spot the fish have to be biting there & if there are that many sitting on a single spot the fish have to be jumping into all those boats like crazy! That is when those Minnesota fish finders come in handy ;:;rofl

Yeah it's crazy I choose not to fish yesterday I took the family to Minot for shopping and dinner but driving by the casino and marina it looked like chaos no parking anywhere it looked like a few loners spread out but the majority we're grouped up playing bumper boats I'm kinda glad I didn't go

I would think that this is a year in which a person should be fishing the hell out of shallow water (3-5 ft) up next to weeds in the water. And there's only so many of those 300,000 acres that fall into this description.
