A section of land that I used to hunt for deer sold for 1.2 million. Zero crop land. Some grass but mostly deer cover. North of Beach.

Around here the people that pay the most for land are the ones that buy it just for hunting and don't take care of the noxious weeds.
I remember back in the 80s and even in the 90s when Sandhills went for $40 to $80 per acre because they weren't that good for grazing cattle. Now days those same sandhills go for $1000 or more per acre just for hunting.
He who has the most weeds has the most pheasants! Sad but true!
