Puerto Vallarta fishing recommendations?

I'm headed to PV in a couple weeks and was thinking of grabbing a fishing charter while I was there. Maybe a day inshore and one offshore for billfish or tuna. I plan on using spinning gear as I have a good variety of inshore spinning equipment/tackle for casting for roosters, jacks and sierras.

Anybody know of any good boats/captains to contact down there that are reasonable in price. I don't mind one bit fishing off of a super panga. Any information would be greatly appreciated!
