We got cable when I was in the 5th grade. Became a Braves fan because of WTBS. I couldn't stand listening to Harry and thus the Cubs didn't get watched much. And they played all their home games during the day, I was never in the house.

Ted Turner created CNN. He can take it with him.

When CNN started, it was news you could trust. Ted Turner had not been in charge there for more than a decade when Clinton started sticking things in his intern and CNN so obviously picked a side and started making excuses for certain party affiliated politicians.

I may not agree with all of his wildlife management choices and ideas i did do a hunt on the armendarus and it seemed like he was trying lots of different things to help with wildlife conservation. Talking with the guide some stuff worked, some didn't but Ted was definitely spending plenty of money on conservation. It was a strict managed ranch for hunting with animal numbers and harvest kept in check.

He married Hanoi Jane (Jane Fonda). No rational person could possibly believe once she entered the picture that TT wouldn't put his thumb on the scale to turn "news" into propaganda.
