Yeah, not in my wheelhouse. My first instinct was to ask him "What the hell do you want a $1500 steak-cooker for?!?" But, figured I'd see if anyone knew anything about them from experience.

Yeah thats some serious coin to cook what looks to be 2 steaks a time , I believe in high heat but I have to be able to do 8 at a time .,Which I can do on a propane weber in 12 minutes once its hot
