Senate backs massive public lands, conservation bill

The LWCF is funded by flipping those checks over, signing them and then cashing them instead of depositing them. The money is diverted away from the US General Treasury. </p><p></p><p>Does this actually work? If so then take your paycheck, sign it on the back, cash it and then spend the money on beer, cigarettes and toys. Or do you suppose your wife might notice when there is nothing in the checking account?</p></blockquote><p></p>
