If this guy doesn't lose his license and get relieved of duty after the 'guilty' verdict is given.... I'll be making a few phone calls.

I don't condone it but hopefully he just finished off a deer that was gonna die anyway from his arrows

not sure what happen and if he first fire the arrows and then shot but I am sure he was not the first one to harvest with a gun and put a arrow in the hole. As a bow hunter glad one can get caught, put in paper and maybe the next one will thing twice, maybe.
If he just finish off he got really close to deer with a pistol and I would of thought it would of die without the bullet. db
