...no. Fable 2 is a video game. NPC stands for non playable character.
In Fable 2, the prostitutes are called strumpets (old term) and their clothing items had special titles so you knew which items belonged to them. Their skirts, hats ect were termed "tart skirt" and so on.
The tart comment made me think of that game While I am brazen, I'm far from a tart.
