Well, I went to get the mail, as we have to go to post office in my town, and it was CLOSED! Since when does 6 inches of snow and not much wind shut down the PO? The gas station across the street was open for business.

Way TOO much snow in Bismarck. Good grief! I’m glad to hear this isn’t statewide. Any trails to lakes for ice fishing will be badly plugged around here and we haven’t even started. And the wildlife, I can’t imagine. I have 3 foot drifts in my yard

Might have been 2 inches of snow in the driveway this morning. Three at most, but not likely.

I'm sure glad we dodged the majority of that bullet!

I took a snow sample and there was only 0.07 inches of moisture in it.

It will take our city until the end of next week to get to the residential streets.
Lived here 21 years now, and am still amazed at Fargo getting it off over night, and out west here its a 7-10 working day ordeal.
Not complaining of course...
